Deadlines depend on the nature of the project. On average: 1-2 weeks for a visual identity, 2-4 weeks for a showcase website, and 4-8 weeks for an e-commerce project or web application. We always draw up a detailed schedule in advance.

Each project includes a number of revisions defined in the quotation (generally 2-3 for standard packages). Additional revisions are invoiced separately. Our aim is to satisfy you from the very first proposal, thanks to a thorough briefing.

Our process takes place in 4 stages: 1) Consultation and briefing to understand your needs, 2) Creative and strategic proposal, 3) Realization with regular validation points, 4) Delivery and support. You're involved every step of the way.

We cover three main areas: digital marketing (strategy, SEO, social networks), graphic design (logos, graphic charters, print/web media), and web development (showcase sites, e-commerce, applications). We also offer combined packages.

We generally require a deposit of 30-50% on signature of the quotation, with the balance due on delivery. For larger projects, a 3-installment schedule is possible. We accept bank transfers.

Once the project has been paid for in full, you become the owner of the rights to use all creations. Source files (PSD, AI, etc.) can be supplied on request, usually included or at an extra charge depending on the contract.

Absolutely! We can take over and improve an existing website, refresh a visual identity or optimize your current marketing campaigns. A preliminary audit enables us to assess the work to be done.
